Our Designer Whey impresses with a whey protein complex made from whey concentrate and whey isolate. The concentrate is produced by ultrafiltration - a process in which liquid whey is pressed through a filter and then dried. The isolate, on the other hand, is obtained by crossflow microfiltration – a particularly gentle filtering process. The difference lies in the different filtration processes and accordingly also in the nutrient profile – in the protein, fat and lactose content. Due to the gentle production and combination, our Designer Whey has a high bioavailability.
